Biography

Sandra is a Chartered Accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner. She focuses on restructuring and insolvency, with experience in both large and small accountancy firms. A partner at James Cowper Kreston since 2009, she leads the firm’s turnaround, restructuring and insolvency team and is a member of its strategy committee.

Prior to her appointment to the IRB, Sandra served on ICAEW’s Insolvency Licensing Committee and subsequently was a member of the Appeal Committee and Review Committee from 2018 to 2024.

Sandra is committed to safeguarding the public interest and maintaining ethical conduct, quality, and overall high standards in her profession.
